They claim that a complimentary wash is included after any service work but my last two visits they did not do it. I asked a rep. from a follow-up phone call and she said that you have to ask for it. It's the little things that I consider when rating customer service.

I ALWAYS have a great service here but my last visit was one of the best. I was late and didn't know if they would be able to still continue with my services that were scheduled. They ended up doing my services for me and were so nice. Very nice people that work in the service department!

Very poor communication skills. left multiple messages with no return phone calls, also was told the car would be done same day and it wasn't nor did anyone call to tell me that. I had to call multiple times a day to find out information. I still have not received a phone call regarding my warranty.

On the first day, we were there all day for a oil change, service call. At the end of the day battery had to be ordered and no one explain about a recall on my car. so we brought it back for a 2 day repair for the recall and new battery install. No offer for a loaner. Customer service was nothing like the previous service times and prior owner. Service was great under the previous owner.
