When I broke down on road trip and waiting for AAA tow, I opened hood and found that flip cap on fluid container open, and the area under the hinges was jam packed with acorns and leaves, covering the screen....that lack of attention to the little details makes me uncomfortable.

The maintenance manager was very rude in telling me that screws don't just fall out and my claims are not covered under warranty after wasting a half day of my time! What an idiot, of course screws fall out, it's called vibration!

Or all experience good after picking up vehicle found that when the tire rotation was done, the report said tires looked good. Took the car to another shop the same day because of staring issues found out one of the tires was unsafe.

Service was done quickly, but wasn't happy that the problem wasn't covered by the extended warranty. We were told bumper to bumper. They need to be clear what is not covered.
