Left my car for service. They were supposed to text or call when ready. Did not. I went to check on it several hours later and it was done. Dealership later texted me that a couple of issues where not addressed. Why not? Not sure what happened to their service?!

I called and explained my problem and a service date was set. My car was checked out fast and the part was ordered, came in next day and installed in a short period of time. Part solved my problem. I was treated with respect and kept informed. Can't ask for more .

I always get quick reliable service at Nissan. Friendly people. Nice atmosphere. This time they did not check the air pressure on my tires after they were rotated. Not faulting. Mistakes happen. Easy fix for me. I still will rely on Nissan for all my auto needs

Online scheduling app does not work well. Service Department contacted me by phone to correct and to offer a sooner day and time for service which would work for me. Service Department was clear as to what services were to be provided, options, and cost. I arrived early for my appointment expecting to wait until my appointment time and was delighted when the work was started and completed early.
