They always tell me what they find on my car, even if it is nothing to repair, but something that will be coming up. For example, with winter coming, they let me know my tires were ok, but getting close to needing to be replaced so I now have time to think about when I want to purchase tires.

It took a while to get the wind shiel replacement scheduled because we needed a courtesy vehicle. Once the work was done, we were shocked to see that our vehicle had been completely detailed - it looked almost brand new! Overall, we were very happy and would highly recommend the Mankato Motors service department and body shop.

My car's front window camera went down unexpectedly and the Nissan Company took care of it right away! However, I would highly recommend purchasing an extended warranty when buying a new/newer vehicle. Without this in place, I would've never been able to afford getting the camera replaced and all the additional service that went with it.

The technician forgot to reset the maintenance after the tires were rotated. After the rotation we drove to Utah and could not use the cruise control without fiddling with buttons to get the tire icon off. After the trip Derek S. walked me through the steps to clear the tire icon.

Just had my car in for an oil change it was completed. They now have a video showing the customer what was done. They did not tell me if they checked all filters and fluid levels. The guy in the service was really helpful. I was early but there were magazines for me to read. I couldn't trigger the garage door to open. (Hard to see the front of my car. I was afraid That I would hit it before it triggered.) One of the guys in the service department came out and opened it for me. Very nice people.

Not able to get car in to get it fixed until after the holiday. Then mileage would have been over the allotted number to cover the warranty. That was a bit frustrating. Would have then cost us about $2000. Being loyal long time customers this was frustrating to say the least. Prior to this we have had good service within the department.

As usual, Jason Haberman took great care of me. The work was top notch as was my treatment. My only complaint other than I'd have liked it to be cheaper is that I received an offer from them of a 10% discount for what I had repaired 48 hours after the work was done. My wallet would have appreciated getting it in time for the work. That was rather frustrating.

A tire exam was done. The vehicle blew a tire on the interstate within days of inspection. Tire service expressed the vehicle should have never been let to leave service with a tire in that shape. Proven a vehicle inspection truly does not occur.
