The staff and service shop were great! Jason was very helpful and the mechanics got the job done! The problem is the placement of the part needing repair - a lot of labor, many hours to replace a part that is needed to drive the car in any state in the country that has cold weather. Poor design.

Had a windshield replaced and the new windshield had a scratch we discovered on the drive home. Called the Customer Service Rep and she was apologetic and ordered a 2nd replacement. Offered a courtesy vehicle but we have a 2nd car so we declined. Felt confident with the CSR and 2nd windshield was installed in a timely manner. Overall was treated very well at Mankato Motors and the Nissan dealership.

I had a great experience with the helpfulness of the staff and how nice they are. Unfortunately after 3 tries, my check engine light is still on. Cant say I blame Mankato Motors but I do blame Volkswagen. I spend a lot of time in my car and am very busy with my business. 1 more failed attempt and I plan to utilize the MN Lemon Law and Volkswagen can buy my vehicle back.

Ive owned this truck for 6 months and its been in for the same problem and the service department cant seem to find the fix Im concentrating taking it to another dealer and see if they can resolve the issue.I dont think Im unreasonable on a brand new truck purchased in April 2023 and I still have the same problem in October 2023.

They didnt diagnose my problem correctly after I told them what I had done to fix the problem. Check engine light is back on with the same MAFS error code. They shouldve checked for a vacuum leak. Im ordering a new MAFS and replacing it myself. Well see if it is a vacuum leak. Not happy with service.
