My 2025 CX-5 was brought in for an "engine light" query that was due to an extended warranty item from Mazda: engine heating/cooling related to a faulty thermostat. Also did a software upgrade that was related to the transmission function. No cost and done within 2 hr time.

Evaluated the car .Found issues with coil springs & recommended replacement as well as sway bar replacement as these are usually damaged when coil springs replaced.Air filter for cabin was dirty & needed replacement as well . Routine oil & filter change .Changed out winter tires for my regular tires.Work well done

Service was very good and informative and the waiting area was comfortable, but i was told when i bought the car i would get 2 free oil changes. This was my second and was charged for it. They said i needed to do it in six months from the first one. I don't drive many miles on it and i never heard of changing oil every 6 months. other than that everything is great.

I'm generally a fan of Manchester Mazda, but this time I think the changed the oil on my vehicle WAY too early, using up one of the free oil changes i got upon buying the car. As a result, I will now need to start paying sooner for this service. It just felt wrong. I'll still use them, but now I feel I can't trust them as much and will second guess their recommendations.

The employees were helpful, friendly, and kept me informed while I waited. There is a sitting area with comfortable chairs and even a nice little snack bar and a big TV. They emailed me a video showing work on the required services for my car - that was a nice surprise. All in all, a very good experience!

Ryan - service advisor - after charging me over $100 for an oil change. That I needed repairs for over $3000. and only drive the car to the grocery store - no further. Why do a $100 oil change - if the car needs all these repairs, My husband and I are on social security - do not have $3000 for repairs.
