They are not the service provider they used to be. Waited 6 mos for appt on recall part they had the entire time. Service intake was on the abrupt side. Person next to me was told his filter replacement w/b $160.! Just not a place I look forward to going to. Thx for opportunity to comment.

I needed a part and they assumed it was not in stock. When I went to the parts dept to order it at the end of my appt when I cashed out for routine service and the parts guy said it's already in stock so made an appointment to come back. You have very nice service techs

Overall, it was a good visit. I seem to remember the service tech telling me they were going to rotate the tires, but they didn't. Seems strange to me since they had the tires off to check and balance and they checked the brakes and pads at the same time, and then I received an e-mail telling me that I need to bring the car in for a tire rotation. Why wasn't it done when they already had all 4 tires off????

Honestly if I had to I would not give them a rating-1. Where to start off. The fact that the salesman (Dan) was very condescending and pushy towards me. I can honestly go on but it definitely wasn't a very positive experience. Just a heads up the service department and sales department don't communicate well at all that was very frustrating. The service department wouldn't even take paperwork for the sales department.
