This Ford dealership is always courteous and friendly. On my last visit the mechanic fixed an issue I didn't ask to have fixed. My steering wheel had been crooked for a few months after hitting a pot hole. It was more annoying than anything, but a huge sigh of relief when I noticed it had been straightened.

The last 3 times we were in there have been problems.Prices quoted were not what was charged. A tool was left under the hood of my truck and the oil cap was not put on.Person in charge has treated my wife and daughter on two separate occasions as if they did not know what they were talking about.We have not enjoyed our experience with the people at the customer service desk.

We were told one price, which seemed excessive and then were told they added on an extra $100+ stating there was a fuse that needed to be replaced. I feel we were taken advantage of with this. A key replacement for a basic key that has no electronics in it had to be "calibrated" and took hours to do. Malloy is too big and doesn't seem to care about its customers.

They had my truck all day for an electrical diagnostic. At EOD, they guess the problem is with a broken taillight and BLIS module and quoted $1000 parts and labor for the module and an additional $2000 parts and labor to replace the taillight.
This is an unconscionable rip off. The module costs $350 and the taillight $250, and it took <10min to install. Why are they ok ripping people off like this?

I was surprised to get a notice from Ford 2 weeks after I brought my car for 30k service that I was over due for a tire rotation. Not sure why that wasn't done when I brought it in for a 30k check up.
Also, the online system doesn't account for electric vehicles, so it is impossible to book service on line.

The people were nice. This was a scheduled appointment for recall work. Since it was scheduled in advance for specific recall work, one would think they would order all the parts needed for a known recall repair in advance. They did not. So I had to return a second time a week later to complete the work. Not great.
