Demond was super nice and helpful. I was expecting at least a 2.5 hour wait but surprisingly, it only took 1.5 hours. AND....the cost was less than I expected! This dealership knows how to take you up and down the right way!!! I will definitely return for other services!

I waited 2 days for an oil change and still had to spend a 3rd day there to get an oil change. The tech Don was upset that I didn't want to pay $5000+ for someone I never asked him to do. The manager Mike tried to make it right but you can't buy time. I was very disappointed. Especially him trying to act like my oil was changed when it was clearly not changed.

Virtually impossible to reach someone at service. Repeated endless loop with receptionist who answers phone,then,puts you on hold and answers again. Tried one last time to avoid having to respond to survey. I could go on and on, but I'll leave it at that. Maybe they call me back and straighten this out.

Called and informed dealership I wanted to see truck. Once on my way - a 2 hour trip - about 15 minutes into the trip got a text the truck was out as a service loaner. Was asked if I want to put a deposit down to hold the truck?! It's not at the dealership and unknown when it would be back, but wanted me to put money down? It still shows for sale on CARFAX when in fact it's not available.

It took a long time to get my vehicle back, the part was back ordered nationwide. I had no problems with the warranty coverage, so I'm satisfied. Everybody was friendly, just hard to get somebody on the phone, overall, I'll be back the next time I need service.

Oil change was done very quickly. I went to only went Chevy to redeem a voucher I was given, the service man seemed to have a negative change in attitude when I gave him the voucher for the oil change. Also, two weeks later I went to discount tire and they informed me I would have to purchase all new bolts because whoever rotated my tires last put them on way to tight.
