Not impressed with my salesman Nick. I had appointment at 9am to see him and look at car. Agreed to buy car by 9:30. I did not drive my vehicle off the lot until 3:30 that day. He was trying to help 3 customers all at the same time (as if my time meant nothing). I do not recommend him or the dealership. Also body shop employee offered to clear coat my car at his house! Very unprofessional dealership! I do not recommend to anybody.

I went to look at a car that they didn't have on the lot due to transmission problem. They had it at the other dealership 45 minutes away from them for repairs. They told me this after we did preliminary paperwork. I regret giving him the info on me. The salesman is sweet and then he tried to work with me, but that ended at an attempted test drive. I got 20 ex crv from another dealership locally.

Though they were good about getting me in later in day when i was late, they overcharged me for oil change . They said my eclipse v4, used 6 quarts not 5, so they could charge extra for it. I said was only 5 quarts last time ( 30 days ago, somewhere else) but they insisted it's 6 quarts. I needed to get going, but will never recommend them or return.
