I went through a bit of a rough time and had to stop at a few places for quick oil changes, but this shop was by far the best. They not only got the job done, but also took the time to explain things I didn't know. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone.

The service we had was very thorough and complete. He was very personable and accommodating, for example opening our back jeep door to wash our window and making sure we understood everything that he was doing etc. We always go to the Lapeer service center for just that reason personable friendly customer service.

Friendly techs but couldn't get my tires rotated as their air guns were working. Then I was charged for the rotation. They did resolve this also second time they didn't top off my coolant levels. They say they don't have coolant for Kia's. Also noticed they didn't check my tires. Both rears were low. When I returned they set them right. Tech was a good guy but don't think I'll be returning.

Quick and convenient; I love the fact that the oil change is a drive-thru service where I don't have to get out of my vehicle. I do wish, however that the pricing wasn't so steep so that maintaining my vehicle wasn't such a hardship.

This was my 4th or 5th visit to Magpie and definitely the best because of their service tech Lucas. Very polite professional knowledgeable and patient as he reset the oil change reminder on the car as it is quite tricky for a low tech dummy like me.

They're really cool and listen to you and give you the appropriate informational responses. Such as, oil weights, synthetics cover with you step-by-step what they are doing and they listen and are responsive.

Everything listed on my statement was done besides parts of the hospitality services such as; oiling the door hinges and cleaning the windshield(s). Besides that the rest was done as well as the tires and wiper fluid checked/filled. Assuming these things were overlooked because it seemed the tech was new.

The staff was friendly but they only changed the oil. Its a full service place. The receipt says tire pressure check, wind shields cleaned, wind shield fluid replaced, etc..none of that was done. Its fine if you dont do it but dont say you did on my receipt!!!!

Well Im unhappy with carfax because you posted that my jeep was past due on the oil change! I live 7 minutes from work. They told me to go by the mileage. I was still a 1000 miles under my six thousand (top of the line oil) which is the recommended amount. I keep my oil change up to date.

Great people skills, fast service.
A couple of items on my receipt were not done..my fuel injection system was NOT flushed, my door jams were NOT lubricated.
This might be minor however these services were not performed which makes me question whether or not I will return for future service.
