The worst most dishonest people I have ever dealt with. Cheated me on the purchase then after agreeing to make repairs they cut off all communication and told me to get the truck off their property. This is after having it three weeks. I am looking for a lawyer.

I waited an hour and 45 minutes for a recall update with the hope of getting a car wash at the end. They did solve the car recall however it was gonna be another 45 minutes or an hour or more to get my car washed. I figured my time was more valuable than that. I think I would choose a different dealership next time. Planet forward in Dallas was much more attentive.

Arrived at 1:30 P M with an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, they finished with it at 4: P M. If I had gone to a tire store the tires would have taken less the 30 Minutes and the oil change at one of the oil change places 10 Minutes.. Will be looking for anther dealer.

The car DIED on the road within our neighborhood, and had to be pushed to the residence. Took it to the Ford dealer, and they said they could not find anything wrong? No explanation why the car just quit on a local road traveling at 30-35 mph. There has to be some electronics issue within the vehicle that caused such a shutdown of the engine. Dangerous situation--without any possible solution from Ford? That is a major concern!
