This is the second time that I came in for service and the service that was paid was not rendered. I paid for the VIP package that included tire rotation and it was not done I even left the wheel lock out in plain view and it wasn't touched. Make you wonder if they actually changed the oil and filter.

Please pay attention to details in your paperwork before signing anything I was told they could beat my approval bought the car home they did but not at the rate initially signed for.. Service warranty was switch to another company after my second contract was signed did not cut 10 cent off the car just simply out for commission no hospitality just pay n Go!!

I recently had the oil changed in my Chevy Tahoe the wiper fluid was not topped off so concerned that I had a leak I went back to the service department. Manger Fod promised to have all fluids and hoses checked but he lied and didn't do as promised. If you visit make sure you check behind the service department for honesty. :(

The professionalism and friendliness of all the staff was pleasant. The speed and thoroughness of the oil change, tire rotation, and tire repair was much faster than expected. With the volume of vehicles that they were servicing, I thought it would take a good deal of time. I was pleasantly wrong.

I went there for an oil change and tire rotation but they only change the oil. They didn't reset the oil light inside the truck and didn't rotate the tires. The only reason I knew they didn't rotate the tires was because I checked the pressure and it was the same as when I took it there. They didn't tell me that they didn't rotate the tires or why not.

Everything was great I was able to drop my vehicle off and the nicest man drove me to work. I received a call when my vehicle was ready and even though I wasn't ready they said it was fine it would be waiting when I got off. Instead of sitting in the hot parking lot when I arrived they had it beside service. I will use them again they were nice efficient and made you feel like you were their number one priority.
