Everyone was professional as always. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation but they did not do the rotation. They said they did, but the left front tire is missing the center cap, and that tire is still on the left front. So how did the tires get rotated if the tire is in the same spot. I'll return the next time I need service, and chalk this incident as a fluke

Timeliness is always a plus along with any recommendations. I continue to have a problem with simply patching a tire. This is the 2nd time in 2 yrs I had an issue and have taken it elsewhere (NTB & DIscount tire) and they were able to patch this NEW tire I bought last year in Sept from Classic Chevrolet because I had to price match to get an affordable price. Unacceptable to try to sell me 1 trie over $420

The dealership repairs your vehicle correctly the first time. The dealership will recommend one or more services be performed over the next three to six months, but the dealership does not try to sell you a service unless it is needed on the date that your vehicle is being repaired.

Liked the customer service provided by Tony McPhail, the cashiers, and the fast repair to my Air Conditioner by the mechanic. The only thing in which I was disappointed, was my car not being washed as it normally is after repair and was returned dirty.

The oil change and tire rotation service was great. However, I had a 1 pm appointment and I arrived at 12:45 pm, and it sat untouched until 1:30 pm. I didn't get it back until after 2 pm. This happened as well the last time I made an appointment and my wait time was even longer. I wish they would honor their appointment times. The staff were great and very friendly.

Service was expensive. Before my extended warranty ran out I had my truck serviced. It was noted on the invoice about the stabilizer bushings needed to be replaced. Now my warranty was expired and I had to pay full price for the repairs. These should have covered under the warranty. But was not made aware of it at the time.

They performed routine maintenance (oil change), inspected for any issues (none noted), kept me informed of progress and completed the job quickly. Only one thing, they somehow forgot the complementary car wash. Not a deal breaker, simply a surprise. First time that's happened in the 7+ years coming here.

It takes a long time to get anyting done and you risk getting your car back with unresolved issues. Service reps will not admit any fault and will make sure they are separate from the service being performed so they can get a good rating. It's a broken system.

Brad was great. Assured me everything would be fine, notified me that I needed to update my ECM and BCM, but said it was ok if I didn't. Did not pressure me to do anything I didn't want. This is a much more pleasant experience than going to Classic Elite in Sugar Land by far.

Peyton was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and was easy to work with. He had all the work performed that I requested. He provided me with quotes for future work if performed in the next 30 days (as will probably be the case). The work requested yesterday was performed on time. Best of all, the actual cost for the work performed yesterday came in below the original quote!

Took them over 8hrs to do an oil change and to check an issue I had. Not to mention the service advisor refused to take my calls or call me back throughout the day. It took multiple calls and over 2 hours to get them on the phone. I don't know what the "Mac Haik Feeling" is suppose to feel like but it sure isn't good.

Said the whole engine needed a reseal, however, it did not. They quoted me $5000+ to fix my car. I took it elsewhere and had all the necessary work done for $800 which included picking up the parts from another Chevy dealership. The engine has no more leaks.

Absolutely horrible experience. They took over a month to replace a wheel, and rotor. They new i was paying for a rental the entire time they had my truck and still took their time. The manager told me I could come pick up my truck if I wasn't happy??? Manager also told me they took care of a recall on the truck and never did. I will never go to Mak Haik again for anything.

I requested a tire rotation that was not performed. I wasn't notified when my oil change was completed. I happened to notice my vehicle was parked in front of the entrance. Not sure how long it hade been sitting there. I had to ask one of the consultants if my vehicle was ready. The mileage they listed when I arrived for service was not correct. It was off by 500 miles.

After about 2hours of waiting and realizing my suv was put back together after a brake inspection without putting on new brakes or having done a brake flush like agreed, I asked for my vehicle back. I left without any service having been done and went to another location to get my brakes and brake flush done. Turned out to be better bc I saved $200 from total cost.

During my recent oil change the fluids were not replenished. Windshield wiper fluid and coolant. I'm not sure if the other fluids were refilled. Makes me wonder if the oil and filter were changed. I will take my vehicle somewhere else. Not a happy customer!
