The way the service department talks to the customer and just want to sell you service that not required. Engine light was on and the service department would not even inform you of the engine code was. When I asked them what the Engine light was on for? they would not say.

The brake job took way too long. I was at the shop for over five (5) hours. When I made my appointment I ask for a loaner because I had other appointments and the person helping me stated it would take about one and half hours. Now I know nobody likes sitting idly in a repair shop for this period of time.

Very quick getting the truck in. They know me by name when I get there. They are very proactive with care of my car, suggesting fluid and part experatiin warnings. I think the manager wanted to rob me. He suggested I change one of my brake pads because it was said to be broken. He told me the cost was 350. It was almost 7pm and according to Nissan, they don't answer after 7pm. Also, when they called me to find out if I was happy with the service, they told me that there was nothing about a broken brake pad. So, are Nissan thieves or not?

My oil change service was good. Mechanic, I forgot his name, and I had a discussion about replacing a part on the back window wiper. When the hatch is opened, water runs out onto my head. He said he would order a part for it but I've not heard from anyone yet.

Lacking info during my visit. When I tried to access some of the work my phone locked up on your app. so I could not see some info on my phone. I did also have trouble later asking if the brakes were still good. I thought that the app on the phone was not as good as having the service man answer questions.
