Service improved after complaining to the manager. Cashier was disorganized and wanted to talk to another employee while delaying my checkout. Still frustrated they refused to rotate my tires for 2 years (took my car to a tire place instead) and wanted to charge me $80 to fasten my license plate to its holder - blamed me for over tightening. This is my 2nd and last Mini. Service has gravely downgraded.
