Then the bill was $1500 with zero coverage by the extended warranty sold at the dealership. This is the second new vehicle from this dealership but from now on our business will go elsewhere.

Andre is great, he's always been a wonderful and attentive service provider and has made each of my visits to Mini for service not so bad. My car was in the shop for a little longer than expected, I work in healthcare and really needed to get to my job, Andre got me in a loaner and on the road ASAP. The people behind Mini are the reason I've continued purchasing these vehicles (and, because they're incredibly fun to drive).

A 90 minute scheduled appointment too an hour and a half. Information I was given previously didn't entirely jive with information I got at this appointment, although I accept the need for things recommended today. The online scheduling is easy but communicating nuance via text often goes unanswered. It feels hard to have a thorough discussion of options and their value for the future of this car.

I had an issue that likely would be covered by warranty (which Mini had extended for this issue) but the warranty was due to expire within a week. Mini of Portland got me in quickly, and what could have taken a couple of days, was done within hours. Plus, when I picked up my car I noticed a small issue and they took a few extra minutes to fix that too. Great experience.

Good communication and what work they did was good. But for additional services that are recommended the price was over 2x what i can pay elsewhere. For example they offered to replace my battery for almost $700. I've scheduled to do that at another reputable repair shop for half the price. They also said they would wash the car. Not only did they not wash it, but my steering wheel was sticky from greasy hands when I picked it up
