Valet service to start with. Then the service manager kept me informed via text and email what was going on. I also received a video of the service tech checking out the car and telling me what was needed and recommended. Great service from Mini of Montgomery County.

Wow it was fast. Dropped off for regular service, sign in process was easy. Grabbed at coffee at thief hospitality area and sat down to read.before I knew it he popped out and said I was ready. Car was cleaned serviced and ready to roll. They also email you the multipoint inspection.

Everyone was very nice and quick. Even tho the repairs were pricey they allowed me to chose what I wanted done and didn't push hard on what I turned down. Laura was great and kept me informed of what was going on and really was accommodating on the loaner car. Overall a good experience.
