Getting an appointment required calling twice. A voicemail I left wasn't answered. The service was competent, timely, and services suggested made sense. The car was washed, though only sloppily so. I feel service has somewhat deteriorated.

Brought my car in for an oil change. It was not leaking oil before I brought it in but it is now. Had to take it to a mechanic who said the oil pan drain was not closed tightly. Last time I had it in for a new tire The car was returned and they forgot to inflate it properly Maybe there is a quality control issue?

Had an issue with a Tie Rod and a bent rim. Provided me with a loaner which was great. Fixed the frozen nut on the tie rod and too a few days to get the replacement rim. As I had a alignment due from another retailer (where I bought my tires) they went ahead and performed the 4 wheel alignment for me for free.
