Had to take car to another shop since a valve stem was improperly placed on my daughters car, causing her tire to go flat on the highway. Second year in a row I've had to have another shop fix the same issue after tire changeover. I hoped that last year was an accident, but fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

The techs are nice but some of them have a terrible attitude its overpriced service and the work is not completed fully their is always something else wrong. They changed my dipstick tube which took almost 3 weeks costed be 1300 and when I got the keys the work wasnt completed and had to go back in and wait for them to fix it.

The "inspection" they do that's supposed to be for everything on your vehicle doesn't happen. They dont inspect like they should and ive had issues go undetected for months because of their poor inspection. Now I have to spent ALOT more money at a different shop because they didn't do their job during inspections to get my vehicle fixed properly.

My Meineke overall experience was a ten out of ten, from the superb customer service from Mr. Greg and Mr. Shaw to the outstanding mechanical job done and the cleanliness of the shop.
Being at the shop felt like being part of a family, and I will trust Meinelke with future jobs because I know my vehicle is in good hands.

I had an appointment for an oil change where I was waiting for my car due to transportation issues. When I scheduled they told me to plan for 1.5 hours. When I got there they told me they were backed up and it would be at least 2 hours before my car would get in to the garage, in addition to the 1.5 hours to do the service. That was frustrating but I was able to get a ride and not have to wait for the car and it was done in about 4.5 hours. T
I consistently get text communication from this Meineke and they send coupons but they do not honor any coupons in this particular store, which is strange.

Meineke Shop on base kept young airman's vehicle hostage for over 6 weeks claiming the staff wasn't trained on how to install a spring correctly! Looking at Odometer, over 200 miles were used while supposedly being stuck in the garage being serviced for over 6 weeks. The receipt describes it being "test driven" upon completion for leaks. Customer left stranded without a car loaned to get around while waiting for vehicle to be serviced. Staff lacked integrity. Very unprofessional, poor support, and outrageous cost over $1000. Staff clearly taking advantage of young, naive military airmen who trust a car repair shop that is located on base.

Overall terrible experience and I have reported it to the higher up and I still have yet to receive a call back
1st they don't do something I ask for and have to keep it an extra day and then they don't let me know they have to keep it over night until I call 30mins before they close. Next, they told me they'd leave my keys in my vehicle since I got off work after they closed and i went to get my keys and they were no where to be found and my car was locked when I had to leave for Canada in 2 days. Not only did I have to postpone my trip because my keys were not left for me, but they left out I needed a new cv axel and carrier bearing until I went to drive away and there was a popping on my passenger side and that was no where on my report in the "bad" section.
