If the dealership didn't take FIVE separate visits (some lasting WEEKS,) to finally diagnose and address an Evaporator failure in the A/C. I would've awarded Five Stars. Also, my after market insurance would only pay $160/hr for labor and that didn't cover it!

First of all my service advisor was awesome. This is not on him. Audi does not stand behind their vehicles and clearly do not want to take care of their mistakes in manufacturing DEF systems that are predestined to fail, rendering an otherwise beautiful, perfect vehicle useless.

Great service. Lucan is very polite and easy to deal with. I came there for a brake job. I did not reserve a rental at the location. They ended up getting the job done way faster then the alotted time in order to get me back to work. I highly recommend them.

The service team did a great job of working through several repairs and ensuring the applicable insurance coverages were able to be utilized. Additionally the ensured a loaner was made available throughout the experience which involved awaiting the arrival of parts from Germany.

I had an appointment for an oil change for 8 am. I called to check on it five hours later. They hadn't started it. It took them 7 1/2 hours to do an oil change. I asked why it took so long and they told me an appointment isn't an appointment It's really just a drop off time. For $165 for an oil change and tire rotation an appointment should be an appointment. This is Audi service - I expected better.

Your e-mail states they serviced our X-7, changed the brake fluid and inspected our X-7. In reality, they changed the brake fluid, change the rear brakes, did an inspection and replaced a second row seat motor. I still get e-mails stating we need to come in for a brake replacement. it's done! With that said, everyone invloved has been very professional, polite, and take care of us! We appriciate your staff very much!
