Awesome outcome considering the majority of the work was completed by a different certified mechanic. A few things were fixed and M&M's charge was very fair. I could not believe the outcome. Just very grateful for the work done. I found my new shop to take things.

The staff is professional, willing to answer questions, willing to show me what an Iridium spark plug looks like after 118K miles, caught this at the right time. Staff was very pleasant and friendly to work with. They communicated issues quickly and made arrangements for additional parts to be delivered ASAP. While service took longer than expected due to parts-delivery issues, a loaner car was available for use during this time. Pricing was certainly better than the dealer estimate on the service work.
