Car was brought in a little before required services before going on a road trip so the staff made sure to check if needed and then waited for my confirmation if additional services needed to be done. I went to Open Road Subaru and despite your completing the multipoint inspection--I was allowed to drive off your property with a engine filter that failed and a cabin filter that was yellow. What is the purpose of going to the dealer to get your car serviced--when you barely get service.

I really like the ease of scheduling the service appointments. Then I also like that once you arrive you are quickly assisted and assigned a designated person who will communicate with you for the entire service appointment. I really like and appreciate that the mechanic sends a video of the inspection and clearly explains his recommendations for repair

Definitely the worst dealership experience i've ever had. Salesman was wonderful, personable, kind and patient. But when it came to talking to the person in charge of finances (Robert), I was simply blown away by his awful attitude. He was insulting, rude, and to top it off had some of the highest dealership related fees added onto the purchase of the car i've ever seen. Do NOT buy from this dealership.

The staff was professional and courteous. I was kept informed of the progress of the repair. It took less time to be completed than I was initially told it would take. This was good for me since I was waiting although I would have waited longer if necessary. Very pleased with the service I received and attention given to me during my visit. Would definitely recommend this service department to my friends and family.

There was nothing i didn't like. I was taken in on a whim and lucky spot and was treated with courtesy and the staff was professional. I did have to wait quite a bit but considering it was last minute and how good the service was the wait was NO ISSUE.

Already had the 30k service months ago. This was different.
On my last Oil Change, Lynne's technician had RUINED the thread of the oil tank!!!! Oil leaked!!
Went back to Lynne's and they initially wanted to CHARGE ME for the repairs needed!!! After HOURS of struggle I was willing to take them to court.
Eventually they charged my extended warranty. I don't wish this bad experience on anybody!!!
