Brought 2021 Tucson in Thursday for warranty service. $200 later they found nothing. Next day, the engine light went on. Brought it in Saturday, they said it was 2 quarts low on oil. They did an oil change and wanted to charge me for that! Really?? First how was i low? Why didn't the oil light go on? Third, b they charged me for the diagnostic and didn't catch it??

i will never get serviced by this company again. i brought my car in at my scheduled appointment time and they towed my car elsewhere and left it sitting in a scrap yard for a week without notifying me or even looking at my car. they gave me problems from the start. I have never experienced this type of service before and it definitely won't happen again because that was my last time doing business with this company.

Easy check in and check out. Had the car for an oil change and tire rotation but also to check a continual thumping noise on the right from which only happens the first couple of miles each time it's driven. They could not find anything wrong. I will record the sound and bring the car in again in the future

Made an appt to have the release button on my fuel tank door replaced, of which looks like a poorly makeshift work. In the interim of them making that repair they damaged part of my trunk of which was aggravating , upsetting and totally unprofessional on their end as to how they handled that situation as well. Would not recommend this dealership to anybody.

Drive-in lot for service is too congested. People are constantly blocked in. The rude Service valet doesn't help. Izzy is courteous, but 1 or 2 act like they don't like customers. The dealership is in a convenient location. The option to have Car wash, window cleaning or Interior vacuum could go a long way towards making customers feel appreciated and that their time is valued.

They could not rotate my tires, first time i was told this, and i always rotate my tires. I Usually go to Sansone Hyundai and never was told i couldnt rotate my tires when i do an oil change. I went here to lyns because it was closer to my job, but i wont be back

I took my car for maintenance. They said to pick it up the next day. The following day I called to know if it was ready, and they told me to wait on line to ask the maintenance services, but they never came with an answer and I had to hang up the phone, and wait until the next day to call back. In total I had to wait 48 hours for a maintenance service.

Always professional, honest and thorough. They print out my service in detail and if anything needs to change sooner than later they make note of it. Only once I had a mishap with a wheel rotation but they were able to assist right away and handled it. I prefer this location then the dealer I purchased the vehicle from. They see me as a person not a number. Highly recommend.
