They checked with the company got the ok for repair and the repair will be done when the parts come in. They listened to my concern and helped me.

In the good old days we could talk to the mechanic. I miss that. In particular this time I had an occasional sheet metal noise under the car. The report confirmed the rattle and suggested "IS RECOMMEND TO RE-SECURE THE HEATSHIELD." but does not indicate that was done although the cost was $159.00. Car runs fine. Thanks.

Stephanie has been my advisor for years. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable. She doesn't try to push any services. She advises me what will need attention in the future. I no longer drive daily to work, etc., so mileage is low and she acknowledges that when making her obseervations/recommendations.

This time, the experience was okay. I had a simple tire rotation with an appointment, but I still ended up waiting for two hours. Despite specifically requesting that any battery issues be addressed or brought to my attention, I received the report at the end showing an amber status. The advisor told me to get a brush and spray to clean out all the corrosion.-

THE PAST 2 OIL CHANGES I WAS TOLD I DID NOT NEED TIRES ROTATED BECAUSE THE MILEAGE DID NOT INDICATE IT WAS NEEDED. QUITE A SAVINGS! THERE IS NOTHING ABOUT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THAT I DID NOT LIKE. The service was Excellent and got me right in to diagnosis and replace the original battery. I do find it hard to believe I have to replace the original battery on this vehicle (Four years old) 4,919 miles, and is on a tricycle battery charger when vehicle is not in use. Toyota should replace it for free or something!!!!!!

I LIKE THEIR COMPUTERIZED SCHEDULING SYSTEM. I THOUGHT IT TOOK TOO LONG (1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES, I WAITED) FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND 4 TIRE ROTATIONS. IT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN ONLY 1 HOUR.
