FAST, FRIENDLY FOLKS at LUXURY & IMPORTS LEAVENWORTH, KANSAS DEALERSHIP. We were at the Service Department for a 4-WHEEL ALIGNMENT. With our pre-scheduled appointment we were in and out within an hour. Love their hot drink machine in the waiting lobby and the TV for entertainment.

All around the customer service was great, Had issues the engine light was on when we brought the car. Drove it home until the service appointment came around a week later. Took a week for the warranty company approved to fixed it should be ready by. 7/14/2021. P.S. needs to improve the service department, when it comes to replace parts or warrant parts.

John was my dealer at the time.. I made a trip to Leavenworth to actually buy the car... when I got there the car was gone.. not Johns fault... someone had sent it to the shop for warranty work. By the time it came back a few days later, my rush had subsided. Beautiful cars though... just wasn't meant to be .

on line only I'm so ready to buy somebodies car but you have to give too much info to just look on line at inventory work 7 days so you know what that means it might be months before I can come in, . so I don't understand why I cant look first this is not not my first rodeo.

Their sales staff seemed to be willing to take another salesperson's commission that had initially got me into the dealership. I asked for a negotiation on a vehicle price based upon the bank's researched retail value and I was immediately met with a "no negotiation" attitude. I explained I had a free and clear trade they had pre-verified an offer on and I was met with the text message on the salesperson's phone that they weren't willing to negotiate in summary. I stated that was disappointing because I was a return customer who purchased a vehicle a few years prior. Sure there could be some negotiation. They assumed I was asking for the entire $3K off before discussing it. I wasn't and I explained if we couldn't meet in the middle on price I would continue to look elsewhere. I had already been pre-approved with one of their lenders which was my credit union. Next I got a text from management that said: "Yusef, thank you for your consideration, we will catch you next time you're in the market for a vehicle, unfortunately this vehicle is not going to meet your needs, Thank you again Frank M." Maybe it wasn't intended but I expressed that felt a little condescending without any actual voice discussion regarding a qualified buyer wanting to purchase a vehicle. It was as if buying a car was like going to the grocery store buying groceries weekly. It was a bit assuming considering the economy. Again I stated my case on being a return customer and reaching a medium point but was met with rebuttal. I had a trade valued at $2600 before inspection, so the difference was only $400. We eventually ended communications and I was later contacted to gauge my interest in a vehicle but a medical emergency took precedence over continuing the conversation at that time. I realize you can't please everyone but I guess the days are gone where you try and keep repeat business especially with someone with and excellent credit score, pre-qualified by a credit union with financing and a lien free trade in fair condition.
