Not responsive via email after purchase. Took a lot of negotiating to get a decent price point. Heavy fees and included services that can't be removed. Finance doesn't get very good rates even with perfect credit. People were nice and relatively helpful, but that's about it.

Avoid this dealership at all costs!!!! Promises made during the sales process were not honored, and for over a month I have been given nothing but excuses, delays, and assurances that my issue is being "handled." Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no resolution and no accountability. Customer service appears to end once the sale is complete. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and would strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.

Vehicle was listed at 23,900. Since I'm purchasing from out of state I offerred to pay cash for the full list price and I would cover tax, tag, and title in my state on my own. The price of the vehicle then went from 23,900 to over 32k. Didn't even include tax, tag, title. I was being charged the "cash pay" fee and a fee to "clean up and inspect the vehicle" for it to be put out for sale. This place is a joke. Huge waste of time and a scam.

They get you in the door then they try to upsell you for things like $3,995 for service repairs, $899 for LoJack, $399 for vin etching and $899 Doc Fee. Do people really fall for this BS.
