I was well received during my first visit by the owner and his assistant when picking up my Mercedes after the 60K mile service. All work to be performed was carefully explained and questions answered to my satisfaction. I cannot rate Luxury higher than excellent. In my book it was the greatest experience that I've had in 20 years.

Mr. Ghasemi and his staff did an amazing job on our vehicle. They accurately identified the problem and the repair was prompt. While driving the car home, another issue developed the air conditioning failed (with summertime heat, no less). Sid took time out of his weekend to troubleshoot and fix it and initially refused to take any additional money for the second repair. I highly recommend this business!

I always have a great experience with serving my cars here. Recently brought in my ML550 for an oil change service and a brake flush.
The tech said he would check the brake fluid to make it really needs it.
That is great service. I always feel good that I'm getting only the needed service without any push to add things that just don't really need to be done at that time.

Always a very good experience at Luxury Automotive. Sid is fair, knowledgeable and explains with clarity what the issue may be, how to resolve and they do a great job. I used to go to other locations for a oil change, they told me a bolt needed to be replaced and were going to charge me a substantial amount. I took it to Luxury Automotive, they changed my oil and I've been a regular customer every since. Thank you to Sid and the team!
