The service advisors were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. The technicians are always on point and helpful and do superb work. The shuttle driver was very personable and social. The shuttle itself looked like "The Mystery Machine" from Scooby-Doo, which was soooo cool.

I went to dealership to purchase the car but the car at the dealership was not the one on carfax. The car is an atlas sport but carfax has it as just Atlas. I don't got in a sport. I would not have wasted my time or the dealerships if I knew the make and model.

FANTASTIC! I have a 2014 Beetle convertible that is the light of my life in the summer. It recently needed 55,000 mile service maintenance and I chose Luther Westside VW. They offer pick-up and drop-off at your home!! I was flooredit was so easy and so convenientworked perfectly! Honestly, I didn't think they'd do it for my old little bugbut the service was fast, reasonably priced and terrific. HIGHLY recommend Luther Westside VW!!

It may have taken three hours, but recent driver frontal airbag recall issue was taken care of along with replacing cabin air filter & doing a complimentary inspection of my vehicle which let me know the Sway Link Boots on Front Suspension are torn on both sides. WSVW isn't always affordable, but they have all the tools to do exceptional work!

Service was good and the interior was left clean - very satisfied with that. So far the backup and forward camera is fully operational. Some hiccups with the temperature settings functioning which didn't exist prior to taking vehicle in for service. Not sure if that had anything to do with the module installed for the camera. Good customer service.
