I ask for a spare key and waked out with a 333.00 charge. I was not told of this ridiculous price and I was told hey keys are expensive. I took the truck in for a recall on the transmission that required a flash of the ecm. Sorry this is what will drive people away from ford itself.

Five-Star service! This, despite having to pay to replace ALL of my lug nuts because they were swollen . This is an ongoing problem with FORD, as I had to replace the BIC disposable lug nuts on my 2015 Escape for the same reason. I NEVER had to replace lug nuts on any of my cars when I was youngerthey arent a wear part!! Sounds like planned obsolescence on FORDs part so they can keep making money long after the sale!

They were really good at contacting me and professional with their emails, etc. I returned the correspondence but they weren't very good at motivating a potential buyer with any incentive. Other dealers I have been working with were much better with price incentive, going out of their way to accommodate for a test drive, etc.

I believe I asked simple questions,
-Is there rust
-How is it mechanically
Is there a lower cash price.
I got the standard "no-response" to questions and the the suggestion that I make an appointment for a test drive. Would anyone drive 200 miles for a test drive from someone that did not answer questions? One star---responded without answering questions.

Internet contact person was great but when I got to dealership, it was a little disorganized. Sales person was courteous and polite but a little stand off-ish. Some of the keys to my purchased vehicle were lost and when I called and left message for a callback, call was never returned.

they will not deliver and will not talk price to come down some. i have no way of getting there to look at the truck. your site and auto trader i seecars all ask us when we go to look at cars or trucks if we want them deliver why when the car dealers don`t do that
