By the time we connected via email, they sold the van I was looking at. It took them a couple more days to remove it from the various sires, so I emailed them to make sure that the buyer had actually taken the van. They never bothered to respond, but they did finally remove the listing.

Scheduling my appointment was easy and fast. I was able to get a loaner vehicle without issue. Communication was excellent. The service team noticed my inspection was due in April and called to ask if I'd like that completed as well. I am thrilled they saved me a second service trip. The work on my car was completed in the time promised and it was returned washed and vacuumed!!! This is the best service experience I've had since buying my car.
