Made an 8:15 am appt. Vehicle didn't go in until 9:30. Had a coupon for $79.95 but they wanted to charge me $177 without giving me a heads up. Service Manager was unapologetic and very short with me. Ended up cutting the price in half but told me her GM wouldn't be happy with her. Very disappointed in her customer service.

They sent out a mobile unit to my home to check if I had a leak. After the oil change the car dripped oil for a few days. Everything turned out okay. I thought the oil change was a little expensive - came to about $115 for a Toyota Corolla.

The Service is fine however it takes forever to get into Luther Ford for any sort of repair or maintenance. I usually have my fleet vehicle serviced at Sioux Falls Ford because of this! I can call and get in usually right away in Sioux Falls.

The price for just an oil change was absolutely ridiculous! $160 for an oil change on a 4 cylinder vehicle is just plain acednien. I won't be coming back for any oil changes on any of my vehicles.

In for an aftermarket brake light strip add-on. Luther Ford kept me apprised me of an issue with the electrical system that was keeping the new system from operating. They took the time to troubleshoot the trailer hitch electrical and discovered and fixed the issue at no charge.
