Service began I August with a large bill and many repairs. I have needed to bring the car back 5 times to get a proper diagnosis and repair. I have asked for callbacks from Service Manager and General Manager to discuss my dissatisfaction and their poor work. I haven't yet received a call from the GM. would NOT recommend Luther Brookdale Honda. I felt like I was a problem they wanted to get rid of, not a customer who dropped thousands to have a car they love properly repaired.
