Took care of extended warranty on àir conditioner on 2020 Civic as well as passenger seat air bag sensor. I can not the repair was quick, but after looking the 25 page service bulletin, I do them getting the repairs reasonably quickly. The pre visit call and onsite check in help set my expectations. It is very nice to have the air conditioning working!

The check in process went well and the service person was attentive.
About a mile down the road I noticed the message for service was still on.
I pulled over and called. The person answering the phone talked me through resetting it. When I arrived home I also noticed that had not been washed.
The paperwork indicated both of these issues had been completed.

Chris, as always, was very helpful and informative. I don't like the text messages received while service is being performed. All I saw was the underside of my vehicles with the tires removed. It actually meant nothing to me. Would prefer the "old way" when the advisor would come out and talk to me.

Gail was very helpful in getting my repairs done under my extended warranty.
I knew I was going to need new tires before next winter. I was initially a little upset that they said it was critical to get them done when it wasn't critical a few months earlier when I had the oil changed. It ended up working out great. Gail found tires that were less than I expected to pay.

Chris was excellent all the other staff were wonderful it did not take as long which was a plus and they checked with me before doing other upkeep they tried to find me some coupons I do have a thought though even though it probably could not be done to give senior citizens a little bit of a discount I think that would be a wonderful thing especially if they've been a customer for many many years

I had good service and the work done was reasonable and done quickly. I appreciate the inspection done for all things that needed to be done. I had declined some of the recommended services. However if it was discussed with me I might have had more done. I would appreciate a little more communication with the Service Representative instead of a text that I had to accept or decline.

Great price for the car! Had to remind them of the floor mats. Also wasn't told about all my finance percentages until I asked. They were showing me prices at 8%, and never even told me I was approved at 6% until I asked. Pricing is super fair, but ask questions and follow up on them.
