Oil and filter change cost went up from $95 to $144. Also for a dealership service, they don't even provide a wash and a vacuum. They also charge a surcharge for using a credit card to pay for the service. I will be using a different dealership services for future.

The timing chain they replaced was off by a tooth causing the engine light to stay on. Frustrating but I have to say Lums did right by me and gave me a loaner vehicle and they got the problem resolved. It just took quite a while.

Easy in and out. Only complaint is that they filled my DEF tank which I didn't request. Considerably more expensive than I usually pay for either Blue DEF from retail or at the pump.

Very good experience but unfortunately the vehicle sold before I could get to the dealership to even test drive it. The sales department did notify me of the fact and made sure to see if they could help me with any other vehicle and they would also keep me updated if a similar vehicle comes in. Great customer service.
