I like the check-in experience. The service writer was friendly and professional. The "walk around video" was basically useless to me as there was so much background noise from the shop that I couldn't understand what was being said. Again I had to remind them that I have a MOPAR pre-paid oil change contract.

Made the appointment a week before my service. Did it online, then called the service rep to add a full 60k service. He got me all scheduled and said it would likely be about 2.5-3= hours. Got in there on time. Checked services requested. Went for a long walk and came back. Car and all service was done in just a little over 2.5 hrs. All good.

The technician trashed my car doing a half assed attempt at putting my shark fin antenna on. They never came out and explained anything and just said go to a body shop after charging me $500. If this was such a poor effort, I can only Imagine that the oil change is messed up too. The service rep was no better. Just pay up, get out, go to the body shop. I'll never go back
