I appreciated the ease of scheduling the appointment and the quickness of getting the wheel ordered. I was disappointed that after the appointment, I found my spare tire in the back of my car, rather than mounted underneath, which should've been part of the service.

Went in for a checking engine light on, told the service advisor my concern and he ignored it. After a week and a half without a car and then throwing in parts and not being able to diagnose the car correctly under warranty they call and say the problem is not covered under warranty. Was charging a high amount for a part I bought at the same dealership for $65 dollars cheaper than what service advisor quoted.

Very slowappt was at 10:30:arrived at 10:10 didn't get done til 12:10. Not very well organized service area. Signage would help the customer know where to go. Very confusing. Price was high. Have been to other Cadillac dealerships and expected much more than what I got from this one.

Great Customer Service. The service advisor, Jesse, was friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed on the progress of the work being done. The shop provided a courtesy driver to take me home. Their prices were reasonable.

Poor service was there at 9:54am to 3:00pm just for an oíl change didn't wash the car cause they only had 1 person working . So why offer the service if u don't have the personal. Will never take my car there for service anymore.

Excellent personnel and service department. The new Express Oil Change and Tire Rotation service area was a nice surprise. Completed a mfgr recall on my Cadillac SRX and delivered the car back to MY driveway (25 miles away). The only thing I was not happy about was they had to keep my car overnight. But they did a great job at no cost to me and as I mentioned, they even brought the car back to my home as part of their service.

Very satisfied with my experience at Fruia Service dept. Hector explained very good the issue with my truck after check engine light turned on. He went above and beyond to get me the best price to later end up being able to get it under warranty. Definitely going back when needed.
