There was lack of communication during the process of the sale. I asked for a vehicle with a trailer hitch , none was available. So I found a car and asked could one be put on the car because I pull a small trailer quite often. I ended up paying for that. My problem is that no lights or the instalation of lights was included with the hitch, which makes it useless to me. So this has made my purchase completely unsatisfactory.

Oil fill cap and washer fluid cap both left off after service. Was not caught until miles into a long trip due to it smoking. Oil spatter covered the engine bay and all down the side of the truck. Very disappointing knowing that someone probably has checks in place to guarantee good quality but surely those steps was omitted.

Service performed was great. Ability to perform reasonably priced repair to exhaust system was inadequate. Repair should have required replacement of connecting sleeve for under $200. Quote was for total replacement of rear muffler assembly, near $1000. Repair was done instead at muffler shop for $30.
