First off this is a shop that opens the doors before the opening time. So I got there at quarter till and was first in line. They quickly flushed my transmission and the CVCC fluid change was only $130 compared to $400 at Nissan.
The service guy and the receptionist were friendly and professional. It was an ideal visit.

Went early, only one person ahead of me. Friendly quick, staff gave me options to replaced needed air filters. Also staff recommended my transmission fluid be replaced, and gave good explanation of how many miles I have and how often it should be done.

Their Groupon coupon is a bait and switch. They charge you extra for oil that you don't need but don't say anything about it until after they've already put it in your car. Scam!!!

Service quoted at around $67 anded up being $89 once all the extra fees were added. They were supposed to vacuum the front seat area and clean the windshield, which was not done. I feel cheated.
