I had an oil change scheduled at 8am and my service took almost 2 hours, even though my appointment was scheduled early in the morning to avoid having to wait too long. I had to check on the status of my car since I had to make it back to work for a meeting and nobody kept me informed. I never received the video detailing what the technician inspected, only a default print-out which is not helpful.

The problems noted were very small items. One was a sign of a past coolant leak, but no leaking obvious at the time of the visit, the other a very minor oil leak. The service advisor was today these were inspections i was requesting as I was selling the vehicle. This report nearly cost the sale and cost me quite a bit of money. But the good thing is, I will not have deal with Audi or VW anymore.

Inspection and oil changes were included in the price of the vehicle. This was my first experience for service at Loyalty. I made my appointment online with no problems. I arrived 5 min early and my service advisor was ready for me. It about 45 minutes and I was done. There were items found during the inspection and I was given an estimate for the correction. I declined and it didn't create any problems with the scheduled work.

Never received inspection and no date could be given to get it complete. Not enough oil was in the vehicle. And they never have rotated the tires like I was told was done.

My first time doing business here but, Will definitely come back. A little surprised they charge for inspections. Love that they video tape the multi point inspection. Love that they replaced my valve stem caps. However my tires were over inflated. However any dealer is better than the lying, cheating, ignorant buffoons at West Broad VW because they are the worst.
