Not sure what an appointment actually means. All I wanted was a state inspection. Should take 30 minutes or less,not two hours. While the inspection was free, it is a better use of my time to pay the $20 to an independent shop and save my time.

Never got an oil change sticker, so went in on a guess. Super rude people. 200$ to get a dirty used gas cap. And some female harassing me and trying to tell me they'll give me 9k for a car i bought A MONTH AGO.

After I got home I checked my oil level, it was almost a quart low. Another issue on my 4 wheel drive Tundra truck was that the shaft that connects the transfer case with the front drive was not greased.
