They made me pay $195 for a diagnostic only for them to tell me that it was my molding on my windshield that was damaged (which was causing the noises). They also tried to charge over $400 to get it fixed. Too expensive and it seems like I paid for different warranties for none of them to cover any issues that I've encountered.

When you came to us with concerns about the noise, we made sure to inform you upfront about the diagnostic cost, which covers the technician's time to investigate and pinpoint the issue. This involves test-driving the vehicle, replicating the problem, and thoroughly diagnosing the cause. Although your extended warranty covers many issues, we discovered that the windshield moldings were the source of the noise. We reached out to your warranty company on your behalf, but unfortunately, they do not cover moldings. On a positive note, we are relieved to inform you that this is not a major repair. Usually get updates on how long it would be til they were finished. No updates. They took playarea out and made it into an office and I had to occupy my 2 year old great grandson for 5 hours and had to check on status of my car twice. And was not even told when it was ready. No offer of shuttle ride home and live 5 minutes from dealership.

After reviewing your appointment details, we found that your service was originally scheduled online as a drop-off with a rental vehicle. When you arrived and checked in with Roger, the appointment was changed to a wait-at-dealership option. At that time, Roger did inform you that the estimated wait would be significantly longerapproximately five hoursdue to how we prioritize scheduling for customers who wait versus those who drop off, especially given the high volume of vehicles we service each day. Roger did make several attempts to locate you in the lounge but was unfortunately unable to find you. That said, we agree that he should have followed up with a phone call once he couldn't locate you, and we apologize that this step wasn't taken. We've already addressed this with him to help improve our communication moving forward. We truly value your business and thank you for your understanding.
