Didn't explain what the charges would be on the front end nor what they were going to do. when questioned about the charges, the service representative lied and made up a story about state mandated fees.

Joe was awesome! Mobile service is awesome, got to sit at home while my vehicle was serviced right in my driveway. Joe explained everything he was doing and was very professional and not a speck of anything on my driveway after he was finished.

I got my pick up in and out on the day they promised, but I felt they tried to upsell me a transmission filter that it turns out I didn't need. In general, I like this dealership though.
