We were having problems with the transmission while traveling from Florida. They test drove it twice but couldn't replicate the problem and the vehicle was not throwing any codes. They sat down and actually spoke to and listened to us. Looked deeper into the problem and found the problem. Very helpful, accommodating and friendly.

The mechanic was very thorough and efficient. Additionally, he assured me my 2019 Crosstrek was in excellent condition. I was able to work in a very spacious room uninterrupted. One greatly appreciated bonus was a salesman advising me of a much easier, quicker way to drive back to Athens Ohio that was vastly superior to my GPS directions to the Parkersburg Lou Thomas dealership.

The service staff was excellent as usual. Brought my car in for the airbag safety recall and while there I had them look at the back-up camera. We were in and out in under 3 hrs. Very fast and efficient. Will continue to bring my car here as long as possible.
