Seemed to be coming into waiting lounge telling everyone that they had found problems that would cost 100s of dollars . For me, they were supposed to be " checking everything out" yet they apparently failed to check my battery which died 7 days later. Seems that it would have tested low if it had been checked

Keep the same rating since last time they seemed like they wanted to make my having to come back another day right but never did. I find some of the open desk people to not be very friendly especially since that's who you see as soon as you walk in. The waiting room and driver are both very nice. It's also a shame they also got it done in half the time they said.

I really appreciated them taking the time to answer my questions and thoroughly explaining the service work that needed to be done on our Sorento. Very disappointed. Have no idea if service was completed. Was told to go to cashier. No one talked to us about the service requested. Gave coupon for free car wash and vacuum that obviously was not done. Still had bird droppings back window and cob webs on trunk lid

Not really sure why it 3 weeks for Big KIA to figure out that after the latest software update our androids will not work with Bluetooth. So we are waiting for the next update. Service did a great job working the problem, but KIA should of done some more testing before releasing the updates.

1st scheduled appt, did not let me know they needed the car overnight. Rescheduled, left overnight and service was not completed. Said piston recall was paused...have not heard anything since but getting mailers from another dealership about the recall...no mention of pause.

I have had issues with using oil the last time I was in before this time I was told if I had same issue they would replace motor when I brought it in this time they said I have to go through everything again before they replace it it was down 4 quarts in 3 thousand miles if I didn't happen to check oil when I was adding window washer fluid who knows the engine could have blown because I still had 2000 miles to go before oil change.
