I took my car in for diagnostic testing and they were able to determine problem but more importantly they had looked up my car and reminded me about service I'd had completed at a different place a year ago and should be covered under warranty. They told me I should go back to them to have the work completed. Lots of places would have just done the work and charged for it - they let me know it would be covered under warranty!

Long story short. You can trust them! Which is a huge relief for me. They are amazing. I've used them for a Volvo a VW GTI Manual shift (that my son was really bad at driving a stick) a Ford F150 a VW CC a Toyota Camry all different years over the years and they are consistently awesome. The folks at Lorentz have done a fantastic job taking care of my vehicles. We've used them for about the last 7 or 8 years. They make sure to keep an eye out for anything that is starting to leak/fail/behave badly and give me a heads up so I can save up to get that fixed.
