THEY'RE THE BEST - SERVICE MANAGER CALLED ME SAID THEY HAD PART FOR RE-CALL - MADE APPOINTMENT FOR RE-CALL AN SERVICE - GOT THERE A LITTLE EARLY THEY TOOK MY TRUCK RIGHT AWAY. WIFE AND I WALKED AROUND LOT SAW ANOTHER TRUCK BOUGHT IT AND LEFT MINE THERE. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THAT'S HAPPEN. GOT TO STOP WALKING AROUND LOT WITH WIFE.

I brought my Ford F-150 in for the final recall repair for the wiper motor and I was in and out before I was able to finish checking all my email. Now that was some fast service, about 35 minutes and I was pulling out of the lot. The service rep check my battery as requested from my last phone call. I wouldn't carry my truck anywhere else but Lonnie Cobb Ford in Henderson, TN.

I brought my truck in today to take care of some recalls and to get my truck serviced. I can not say how much I appreciate the service desk personnel took care of my truck and me. I appreciate him explaining what needed to be done on the recalls and how long it should take. I was rescheduled for the last recall because they ran out of parts, I told him no problem. Didn't send info on the used vehicle I enquired about but rather sent me info on a new Vehicle I was not interested in. Then I asked him if he had a Ford Maverick and he said no but he could order one. I ask him about how long would it take for delivery.. I never heard from him again. Their inventory does not match what I see on carfax.

The service dept. was not honest with me I had a oil change done. I used my ford points to pay for the servce done. the man who answers the phone in the serice dept.said he would take care of the me and i did not have to go to the cashier.he used over 66.000 of my points instead of using 22.000 points when I confronted him, 40.000 ofmy points were returned to me

Disappointing, I was not asked what type of oil I wanted used in my truck. I have always had a full synthetic diesel oil. They put in normal 10W30. Also there is a recall for the trucks windshield wiper arms, however they told me that "the parts are not available". I'll be doing my oil changes elsewhere from here on.

It took a week to get an appointment to get the vehicle diagnosed, which was ok because it was a minor issue. Once they diagnosed it, it took almost a week to get the new parts. Took it bsck fot the actual repair, and it took about an hour to fix it. No problems since. Yhe employees and mechanics were very professional and polite.

they fixed the wheel bearing. but it seems that at very slow speeds or coasting when you go to stop the car you hear a rubbing sound. thought we had it fixed, but its still there. also noticed when turning the steering wheel, getting a clicking sound when standing still. what good is the car if you want to take a long trip. Can you trust the car to be ok or is something really going to go wrong.

Excellent as always. These guys are my preference out of the whole West Tennessee area. Ive had too many bad mechanics with my vehicles, but these guys have served me well for the last 4-5 years.
