Long's Automotive is the best auto service shop in the Austin area. They are timely, honest, straight forward, and the work is performed by true professionals. I can not imagine have my Lincoln serviced anywhere else including the Lincoln dealership.

Very impressed with Long's. I asked for a very involved repair requiring top-end engine disassembly. They got back with me on a quote within the day, and the quote was a third the price of Lexus of Austin. When I brought the car in, they set expectations it might not be done within the day, but said they'd do their best. They got it done!

Long's automotive, LLC is the most reliable, honest and inexpensive automotive repair shop I have ever had the good fortune to use. I am 76 years old, so you can imagine how many repair shops I have visited. They are simply the best and I have been loyal customer many, many years.

I have had a number of wonderful mechanics over the years but these guys take the cake. Not only are they extremely competent and professional but they care. I travel a long way to get to them so I generally wait for my repairs. While sitting there you see how close they are to all of their clients. They know most by name. And they always treat you like you're a member of their family. It's just an overall good experience.

I needed 2 parts replaced on the car. Long's advised that the best route would be for me to find the parts online: a hood scoop and hood Chrome trim. I quickly found them and made an appointment with Long's to have them installed. I showed up for the appointment and within 30 minutes they had the job completed. Everything looked great!
