The service at Longo has always been outstanding. The staff are very helpful here (Cameron) and (Seth Clay) always go above and beyond explaining the best for the vehichle. They also tell you what is the best for that situation and what can be done later. I don't think they scam you in what many other service centers do.Thanks guys.

Very good reception and work. They honored the extended warranty that I bought during the vehichle purchase and applied the cost of oil change against that. Cameron at the Toyota show room is a very nice man. Most of the staff at this location are kind. Toyota speaks for itself compared to Honda in quality and hospitality.

My service Rep Kenneth has always been attentive to the cars needs and ensuring that I am Aware if any problems or delays. With my Camry being 22 years old it is sometimes a bit tricky to get parts on a strick timeline so appreciate all communication even if its problems due age. If the Camry ever has to be replaced, I know where the replacement will be purchased.

My service advisor, Cameron Knott, took care of me in a professional manner and though I had brought my vehicle in for a recall item, I was treated in the same manner as always which is why I drive approximately 35 miles to your location for service. Longo Prosper is the best Toyota dealership that I have ever had since owning a Toyota. I purchased my 1st Toyota van in 2010 in Charlotte NC, MOVED to TX in 2014 used 3 or 4 Toyota dealerships but it was no unit 6 yrs ago that I found the Longo Prosper. Courtesy, knowledge and great customer service. I gladly drive 35 miles to them for their services.
