Bought a new set of tire locks because the old set was missing one. However the attendant gave me the wrong lock key and place the new with the old set. I ended up getting a flat tire and was unable to change my tire because the wrong lock key was given to me.
I would still recommend this place but the guys need to slow down. I get it gets busy at this location but you still got to be mindful of customers belongings.

Very professional, honest, efficient, hi tech, friendly service. Mr. Cisneros runs an efficient service department. Kelly Yang is great. He gives good advice. From the guys at the receiving area (esp. the humorous Filipino, forgot his name) to the guy at the loaner car desk, they were helpful, friendly and everyone exuded high morale.

The description of what the car contained was not really indicative of what was installed in the car. For instance: the print out affixed to the window, indicated that the car had a rear sun shade, but in reality it had none. Felt somewhat deceived from a consumer standpoint!!

Grear service. Came in for 20,000 miles maintenance. Quick and very responsive. Especially when I asked to keep my cabin filter after the change. representative was very nice, but the young female staff who gave me loaner car was not very nice. Overall this a great experience. I love the car wash service as well.

I was able to easily make an appointment 2 days before. Francis my service advisor was very personable and thoroughly explained what service my vehicle required. It required an oil change and brake inspection. I could actually watch my vehicle being serviced from large glass windows from the lounge/waiting room. Service was completed in a reasonable time and price. Very satisfied and I highly recommend Longo Lexus.

Service went well. They were pretty busy on MLK day. I left the car all day for 50K mile service plus rear brake pads & rotors resurfaced.
My only complaint was the service advisor didn't reply to all my messages, & return phone calls.
