Felt like Rep in charge was very disconnected and would rather be anywhere else. Tech was fine. Had to wait 15 min past appointment time. No acknowledgment of the wait time.

The folks were very nice, but it took 2 days to get my car back. Was expecting to have it returned in a couple of hours, not days.

New Chevrolet truck why would I have it serviced at a Ford dealership. Not even time to have it serviced. Long Lewis has never touched my truck and never will !!!

My car was done in a timely manner. The cost was cheaper than what it was supposed to have been, because they game me the first package instead of the one I wanted. But Im good with that, its just I didnt get everything checked
